Yes, all of our locations are fully attended so there is always someone on hand to answer questions or offer assistance.
Our locations take both coins and laundry cards.
Yes, each location has large machines so you can wash multiple loads at one time or wash a bulky item like a comforter.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your clothes any time during operating hours.
We use only premium brand products when we wash your clothes, plus we add a laundry boost to every load. You are welcome to bring us your own laundry detergent if you prefer.
Our next day wash and fold service is only $1.49/lb. If you need it back the same day, it is an additional $10.00, and you must drop off your laundry by noon.
There is a $15 minimum order for our wash and fold service.
Regular wash and fold has a one-day turnaround time. You will receive a text message when your laundry order is ready for pickup. Same day service is available for an additional charge.
It is our policy to never mix our customers laundry. We know that this can lead to mix-ups and cross contamination.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer pickup and delivery services Monday - Saturday.
If you know that you would like regular laundry pickup service, you can sign up for weekly or biweekly service. This service will be $1.80 a pound. If you want one-time service or sporadic service without any commitment of future orders, it is $1.90 a pound.
The minimum for our pickup and delivery service is $40.
Your clean laundry will be returned to you the next day, except for Saturday pickups. If you have a Saturday pickup your clothes will be returned to you on Monday.
Scheduling a pickup is easy! Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information. It usually takes less than 2 minutes.
You do not have to be home to use our service. Just put in the driver's notes where you will be leaving your laundry, so our driver knows where to find it. Make sure it is in a secure location.
If you like your laundry done a particular way, that is not a problem. When you place your order there is a section called "Preferences". You can let us know if you have any special laundry instructions there, and your preferences will be saved, and your laundry will be washed and dried that way every time!
We never ask you to sign a contract so you can quit at any time. We know that as long as we continue to provide you with exceptional service, you will continue to use us.
When you place your first order we will ask you for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your laundry is completed.
We suggest putting your laundry in a laundry bag. A trash bag that will cinch closed is also acceptable.
You can always log into your account and place your service on hold until you return.
